This villa is available for rent from May. About this space This villa is located just 30 meters from the beautiful Mindelo beach, where you'll find beachfront restaurants and bars, and a wooden boardwalk for a lovely stroll. Outside the villa, enjoy our leisure area for dining to the sound of the sea, enveloped by its unique salty air. Note: Your pet is welcome. Upon entering the villa, you'll find a beautiful outdoor leisure space. Inside, there's a very cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a dining table, a TV with Sport TV, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable sofa bed for two people. Moving to the hallway, you'll find two bedrooms with queen-size beds, both equipped with TVs. In the hallway, we have a full bathroom designed with people with reduced mobility in mind. We also have an individual shower. Being a stone construction, it always maintains a pleasant temperature.
